     One die head (1L-2L): 2L   around 150 bottles per hour

     Two die head (500ml-1L):1L   around 400 bottles per hour

     Three die head( 200- 500ml): 500ml   around 900 bottles per hour

      Four die head(up to 200ml): 200ml around 1500 bottles per hour

4. Center Distance:

    Two Die head: 180mm,    Three Die head: 100mm,   Four Die head: 60mm

5.  Deflashing system: Neck/ handle/ bottom deflashing

Basic working theory:

This kind of blow molding machine is using PLC control system, operating manual in English, pneumatic operated, clamping by hydraulic cylinders actuated by pneumatic primary cylinders. Moreover, it equips with deflashing system, resulting in saving time and manual cost for clients.

1. Instruction for Installation and Debugging

Before delivery, TONVA takes responsible for debugging of machine, in order to make sure the provided machine could be safely and smoothly put into operation.

TONVA also take responsibility to have debugging overseas, and Client abroad please sends invitation forward of time to engineer of TONVA, provides the engineer with round-trip tickets, accommodation, vehicle and $40 per day salary.

2. User Training

Before delivery, TONVA will take responsibility to indoctrinate technical training to the users so that they could understand the machine features and could operate the machine by themselves.

3. Warranty Period

The warranty period for TONVA machine is Two years with a life long maintenance. If the user requires special quality guarantee, other stipulated warranty period may be made after mutual agreement.
